Returns in the UK

How to Return Your Order in the UK

We really hope that you are delighted with your online Sama Sundays purchase. However, if you would like to return your item, please follow the below instructions:

Please return all items within 14 days of receipt of the order if bought online.

    1. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your original order.
    2. Please fill out the return form included within your order. If you do not have one, please email reachus@samasundays.com 
    3. Items must be returned, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
    4. We reserve the right to deny credits if returns are damaged, marked or altered in any way and do not meet our returns requirements.
    5. Once the item has been inspected, you will then be refunded on the same card with which you paid originally within seven days of receipt.
    6. Postage and insurance for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer and Sama Sundays cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive.
    7. For UK returns, we recommend using a tracked delivery method, for example Royal Mail Special Delivery. 
    8. For international returns, please email reachus@samasundays.com You will be sent a pre-paid returns label to send your order back. Please note that the cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund.
    9. Please note that for international orders, we are unable to refund any duties or taxes payments.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your dress for an alternative size, please follow the below instructions:

    1. Please return the original item within 14 days of receipt of the order if bought online.
    2. Please fill out the return form included within your order. Please mark clearly that this item is an exchange. If you do not have one, please email reachus@samasundays.com 
    3. Items must be returned, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
    4. We reserve the right to deny credits if returns are damaged, marked or altered in any way and do not meet our returns requirements.
    5. Once the item has been inspected, your replacement will be shipped out to the original delivery address.
    6. Postage and insurance for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer and Sama Sundays cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive.
    7. For UK returns, we recommend using a tracked delivery method, for example Royal Mail Special Delivery. 
    8. For international returns, please email reachus@samasundays.com  You will be sent a pre-paid returns label to send your order back. Please note that the cost of this return label will need to be covered prior to your exchange being sent out. We will then ship your replacement item free of charge.
    9. Please note we are unable to exchange any piece for a different style, we can only accommodate a change in size
